The Emerald Series ICAV Fund 1 will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing, directly or indirectly, in a portfolio of Irish Property and Property Related Assets, including, in particular, Irish student accommodation, the Irish hospitality industry and/or Irish nursing homes.
